Show Week – Kenneth More Theatre Ilford (Times to be confirmed)
Wednesday 29th April to Saturday 2nd May 2009
With some new Directors and Choreographers the team is now in place and planning the show programme. A new rehearsal venue will be announced later hopefully more central to the County to encourage Districts that have not taken part in the last three County shows to participate
Showstoppers Get-Together
Sunday 9th November
2-5 p.m.
Everybody must attend this if taking part as a cast member
No uniform – wear comfortable clothing and trainers, plimsoles or similar
Rehearsals 2009
All rehearsals are from 2pm to 5pm
Sunday January 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
Sunday February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
Sunday March 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
Sunday April 5th
Sunday April 12th (No rehearsal as is it Easter Sunday)
Sunday April 19th Rehearsal at Kenneth More Theatre
Saturday April 25th Rehearsal at St Michaels with band (times to be confirmed)
Sunday April 26th – No rehearsal due to St Georges Day Parades
Show Week – Kenneth More Theatre Ilford (Times to be confirmed)
Monday 27th and Tuesday 8th April – Rehearsal
Sunday April 26th – No rehearsal due to St Georges Day Parades
Wednesday to Saturday 2nd May – 5 N0 Performances including Saturday Matinee

We would like to hear from you if you can help with sewing, costume/wardobe, dressing room, make-up, painting, front of house, transport, publicity, advertising.
Note: Stage crew team must be available for the full show week duration 27th April to 2nd May, which includes rehearsals and 5 performances (CRB will be taken up where applicable)
