What a pleasant afternoon, just 7 teams from Epping Forest South, Waltham Forest South, East London, Ilford East, Ilford North West, Chingford, and Romford plus a leaders team. Even the leader team got stuck in (well done Leaders, only four of them, they now know how many bones are in the skull!)

It felt like the weather we have for Kubadoo but it was The Quiz, held at Bancroft School and hosted by Epping Forest South. Questions about rain, fruit, Scouting and sport all helped the afternoon along.

Yet again Epping Forest South carry home the trophy followed very closely by Ilford East (just three points separated the top two teams.) The afternoon ended with the teams building a ballista launching a table tennis ball into a box! "What fun!" I here you say. If your district was not there then YOU did miss out!

The Cub Scouts all went home with a Certificate. Congratulations to all for your friendly competitive sprit and your impeccable behaviour.
