Deputy County Training Manager (Specialist Training)
This role will involve being a member of the Training Leadership Group along with the CTM and DCTM’s. The role involves researching, developing and implementing Specialist Training within the County and managing the provision and Trainers involved in it. Including First Aid, MMS, MENCAP, Risk Assessment, Cultural Awareness, Administrator Training, ADC Induction Training and more.....

Assistant County Training Manager (Local Delivery)
Working with the DCTM (Local Training Management) this role involves supporting the delivery of local modules across within Districts. Working directly with Local Training Managers supporting them with the delivery of Modules 1,3,4,5,6 and 7. Sharing good practices and running modules when needed.

Assistant County Training Manager (Trainer Training)
Working with the DCTM (Module Delivery) this role involves training the Trainers. Responsible for delivering Modules 27,28,29,30,31,32 and portfolio moderation. Prior knowledge of Training needed.

District Commissioner - Ilford Northwest
The procedure has changed over the years and is now a much more open process. To help me I have asked Alan Dennison, County Chairman to lead a small search group to identify and submit to me their recommendations for consideration as a successor. I now invite you personally to contribute to the search by submitting a nomination (or nominations) of persons whom you feel should be considered for this important voluntary appointment.
