Join our Nights Away Course (Modules 16 & 38) and build the knowledge you need to plan and run safe, fun residential experiences in Scouts.
This course covers:
- The Nights Away Permit Scheme
- Planning and risk assessment
- Safeguarding and supervision
- Emergency procedures
- Choosing suitable venues and activities
- Reviewing and improving your events
It’s ideal if you:
- Are applying for a Nights Away Permit
- Need to complete Modules 16 and 38
- Support residential experiences in your section
You’ll work through practical scenarios, current policy and real-life examples so you leave confident and ready to plan your next camp.
