Role: County Trainer
- Deliver supportive and engaging training.
- Facilitate learning in practical and online settings.
- Help leaders achieve essential skills.
- Support volunteers to build confidence and skills.
- Contribute to training resources and events.
- Be a positive ambassador for scouts.
We are looking for people who:
- Enjoy teaching and supporting others.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are reliable and enthusiastic.
Full training provided. This is a flexible role.
